Your privacy
Your practice.
On your device.
Quietish has no app account, ads, tracking, or developer analytics.
Information on your device
Quietish stores breathing preferences, saved rhythms, and session history on your device. It does not require an app account and does not send these records to the developer. Quietish includes no advertising, tracking, or analytics SDK.
The app keeps up to 1,000 session records. You can clear session history in Your practice. If a history file becomes unreadable, Quietish may preserve a local recovery copy to avoid destroying it. Clearing the visible history does not remove recovery copies. Deleting the app removes its local application data; device backups may retain earlier copies according to your Apple settings.
Daily reminders
Daily reminders are optional. With your permission, iOS schedules a local notification on your device at the time you choose. Reminder preferences stay on your device and are not sent to the developer. You can turn reminders off in the app's Settings or revoke notification access in iOS Settings.
Apple Health
Saving mindful minutes to Apple Health is optional. If you enable it and grant permission, Quietish writes the active portions of finished sessions to Health. Quietish does not read Health data. You can revoke its permission in Apple's Health settings. Clearing Quietish's history does not delete entries already saved to Health; manage those entries in the Health app.
Purchases and Apple services
Apple processes purchases and restores. Quietish uses StoreKit to check whether your Apple Account owns Quietish Pro; the developer does not receive your payment card information through the app. Apple handles any Family Sharing, Health syncing, and device backups you enable under its own policies and your settings.
TestFlight beta testing
If you install the beta through TestFlight, Apple collects crash logs and usage information and shares testing information with the developer. Feedback you submit can include screenshots, comments, and device information. The developer uses that information to diagnose problems and improve the app. This is separate from the app's own local session history. See Apple’s TestFlight privacy notice.
